Hey folks- I need to find a new person to share my 2 BR/2 BA apartment by May 1! Rent is $900 a month. It's close to both the 101 and 405 freeways (easy access to escaping LA), also very close to the Westfield mall and Trader Joe's. The apartment is lovely, bright, clean, and spacious. It was newly painted and new carpet was installed before I moved in 7 months ago. The available room is large, and has a big attached bathroom as well. With this great apartment comes a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, balcony, and gated covered parking. Utilities are generally around $60 per person and includes electric, gas, cable, and cable modem. I am a laid-back, outdoorsy SoCal native who doesn't make much noise and is relatively tidy. I hope to find someone who is respectful, friendly, and pays the rent on time. Outdoor- minded folks like me very much preferred! :)
